  • 2 lbs mini sausages cocktail-sized
  • 1 package cream cheese 8 oz, softened
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.25 cup pepperoncini juice from jar
  • 6-8 pepperoncini sliced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce optional
  • to taste parsley or chives optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, melted butter, brown sugar, pepperoncini juice, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
  3. Place mini sausages in the dish and pour sauce over them. Stir lightly to coat. Add sliced pepperoncini on top.
  4. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and slightly caramelized, stirring once halfway.
  5. Garnish with parsley or chives. Serve warm with toothpicks.
  6. Slow cooker option: Combine all ingredients and cook on low for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally.

Notes

Adjust brown sugar or pepperoncini for sweetness or heat preference.
