  • 3-4 lb chuck roast
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 6-8 pepperoncini peppers
  • 0.25 cup pepperoncini juice

Method
 

  1. Place roast in cooker.
  2. Add seasoning, butter, and peppers.
  3. Cook until fork-tender.

Notes

Not spicy; peppers add tang.
