Cereal Base
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter creamy
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar

Method
 

  1. Place Rice Krispies cereal in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal and fold gently.
  5. Transfer mixture to bag, add powdered sugar, and shake to coat.
  6. Spread out to cool and set before serving.

Notes

For best texture, avoid crushing cereal when mixing and allow treats to cool fully before storing.
