- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet.
- Roll puff pastry and cut into squares or circles.
- Sauté shallots in olive oil until caramelized.
- Add mushrooms and garlic; cook until tender.
- Spread goat cheese on puff pastry and top with mushroom mixture.
- Bake 15–20 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Garnish with parsley or microgreens and serve warm.
