  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 2 shallots sliced
  • 4 oz goat cheese softened

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and prepare baking sheet.
  2. Cut and score puff pastry.
  3. Sauté shallots and mushrooms.
  4. Assemble tarts with goat cheese and mushroom mixture.
  5. Bake until golden and puffed.
