Method
- Freeze mozzarella sticks for at least 1 hour.
- Prepare flour, egg mixture, and seasoned breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
- Coat mozzarella sticks in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. Repeat egg and breadcrumbs.
- Freeze again for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry mozzarella sticks until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Mix hot oil with spices and brush over sticks.

Adjust spice level to preference. Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
