Method
- Heat flour in oven at 350°F for 5–7 minutes. Cool.
- Cream butter and brown sugar, mix in vanilla. Gradually add cooled flour and salt. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Scoop small dough balls onto parchment-lined sheet. Freeze 10–15 minutes.
- Melt chocolate until smooth.
- Dip chilled dough balls in chocolate, place back on parchment, add toppings if desired.
- Refrigerate until chocolate sets, serve or store in airtight container.
Notes
Decorate with sprinkles or drizzle additional chocolate. Store in airtight container for up to a week.
