Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3.9 oz instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1.5 cups milk cold
Topping
  • 1 cup shredded coconut sweetened
  • 0.75 cup pecans chopped
  • 0.5 cup sweetened condensed milk

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into pie dish.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Whisk pudding mix with milk until thickened.
  4. Fold pudding into cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread filling into crust.
  6. Mix coconut, pecans, condensed milk, and butter.
  7. Top pie and refrigerate until set.
