Ingredients
  

Matcha Soaking Mixture
  • 1.5 cups milk warm
  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
Cream Layer
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 0.33 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Assembly
  • 24 ladyfingers
  • 2 tsp matcha powder for dusting

Method
 

  1. Whisk matcha powder with warm milk and sugar.
  2. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Beat mascarpone with sugar and vanilla.
  4. Fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture.
  5. Dip ladyfingers briefly in matcha mixture.
  6. Layer soaked ladyfingers and cream mixture in dish.
  7. Chill at least 4 hours before dusting with matcha and serving.
