Ingredients
  

Cream Layer
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Matcha Soak
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
Layers
  • 24 ladyfinger biscuits
  • 2 tbsp matcha powder for dusting

Method
 

  1. Mix matcha powder, warm water, and sugar until smooth.
  2. Whip heavy cream to soft peaks.
  3. Mix mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture.
  5. Dip ladyfingers in matcha mixture briefly.
  6. Layer soaked ladyfingers and cream mixture in a dish.
  7. Repeat layers and finish with cream.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  9. Dust with matcha powder before serving.

Notes

Use high-quality matcha for best flavor and color. Chill overnight for optimal texture.
