Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter natural
  • 0.5 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Method
 

  1. Mix oats, peanut butter, sweetener, and vanilla.
  2. Press mixture into lined pan.
  3. Melt chocolate with coconut oil.
  4. Spread chocolate over oat layer.
  5. Chill until firm, then slice.
