Truffle Base
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups vanilla sandwich cookies crushed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Coating & Decor
  • 12 oz white chocolate or candy melts
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips for eyes
  • 2 tbsp orange sprinkles for noses

Method
 

  1. Mix crushed cookies, cream cheese, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Chill mixture until firm, then roll into balls.
  3. Freeze briefly to firm up.
  4. Dip truffles in melted white chocolate.
  5. Decorate immediately and let set completely.

Notes

Decorate while coating is still wet so details stick easily. Keep chilled until serving.
