No-Knead Roasted Garlic Rosemary Bread

Ingredients
  

Bread Dough
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp instant yeast
  • 1.5 cups warm water
  • 3-4 cloves roasted garlic mashed
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Dutch oven or heavy pot
  • Wire rack
  • Spatula or wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. Combine flour, salt, yeast, warm water, roasted garlic, rosemary, and olive oil until sticky dough forms.
  2. Cover bowl and let dough rise 12–18 hours until doubled.
  3. Preheat Dutch oven in oven to 450°F (230°C).
  4. Shape dough into a ball on floured surface. Let rest 30 minutes.
  5. Place dough into preheated Dutch oven. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Remove lid and bake 15–20 more minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool on wire rack at least 30 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Store wrapped in a towel at room temperature up to 3 days. Freeze for longer storage.
