Method
- Combine flour, salt, yeast, warm water, roasted garlic, rosemary, and olive oil until sticky dough forms.
- Cover bowl and let dough rise 12–18 hours until doubled.
- Preheat Dutch oven in oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Shape dough into a ball on floured surface. Let rest 30 minutes.
- Place dough into preheated Dutch oven. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Remove lid and bake 15–20 more minutes until golden brown.
- Cool on wire rack at least 30 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Store wrapped in a towel at room temperature up to 3 days. Freeze for longer storage.
