Ingredients
  

Bread Dough
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 cup warm water 110°F/43°C
  • 2 tbsp olive oil plus extra for pan

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Combine dry ingredients.
  2. Add water and olive oil; form sticky dough.
  3. Knead until smooth and elastic.
  4. Let dough rise 1 hour.
  5. Shape dough and place in skillet.
  6. Cook covered 12–15 minutes per side until golden.

Notes

Use a heavy-bottomed skillet for even cooking.
