Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp instant yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast and let foam.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil and form dough.
  3. Knead until smooth and elastic.
  4. Let dough rise until doubled.
  5. Divide, flatten, and cook on skillet until golden.

Notes

Cover cooked bread with towel to keep soft.
