Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cranberry juice unsweetened or light
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 3 cups ginger ale or sparkling water chilled
  • 0.5 cup simple syrup or honey optional
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 large orange thinly sliced
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • ice cubes for serving

Method
 

  1. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine cranberry, orange, and pineapple juices.
  2. Taste and add simple syrup or honey for sweetness, if desired.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill and blend flavors.
  4. Before serving, add chilled ginger ale or sparkling water.
  5. Garnish with orange slices, cranberries, and mint leaves.
  6. Serve over ice and enjoy!

Notes

For a festive twist, freeze cranberries in ice cubes or float an ice ring with orange slices. Serve immediately after adding ginger ale to retain fizz.
