Ingredients
  

Dip Base
  • 6 oz feta cheese crumbled
  • 0.75 cup Greek yogurt full-fat
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
Olive Layer
  • 0.75 cup green olives pitted and chopped

Method
 

  1. Chop green olives and pat dry.
  2. Blend feta, yogurt, olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Season with black pepper and oregano.
  4. Fold chopped olives into the dip.
  5. Chill 30 minutes, garnish, and serve.

Notes

Best served slightly chilled with pita or crackers.
