Dip Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 4 oz feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup green olives pitted
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Blend cream cheese and feta until smooth.
  2. Add olives and garlic; pulse to desired texture.
  3. Add olive oil, lemon juice, and pepper; blend briefly.
  4. Serve immediately or chill before serving.

Notes

Best served slightly chilled with pita or crackers.
