Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz dry pasta
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 cups broth chicken or vegetable
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.75 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in broth, water, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add pasta and bring to a gentle boil.
  5. Cook while stirring until pasta is al dente and sauce thickens.
  6. Stir in parmesan cheese until creamy.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
