- Heat 1 tbsp butter in a large pot. Cook shrimp until pink, then remove and set aside.
- Add onion and garlic with another tbsp butter. Sauté until softened.
- Pour in broth, bring to a boil, and add pasta. Cook until al dente.
- Stir in cherry tomatoes, Parmesan, remaining butter, and cream if using. Toss until creamy.
- Return shrimp to pot. Add lemon juice and red pepper flakes. Stir gently.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For best results, use fresh shrimp. Adjust cream amount for desired sauce thickness.
