Ingredients
  

Steak
  • 1 lb steak sirloin or ribeye, sliced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Pasta & Sauce
  • 2 cups pasta penne or rotini
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in skillet and sear steak slices. Remove and set aside.
  2. Sauté garlic in same skillet.
  3. Add broth, cream, buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning.
  4. Add uncooked pasta and simmer covered until tender.
  5. Return steak to skillet.
  6. Stir in cheeses until melted and creamy.
  7. Simmer briefly until sauce thickens and serve hot.

Notes

Adjust buffalo sauce to control spice level. Add extra cream if sauce becomes too thick.
