  • 1 large green cabbage
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Slice cabbage into thick steaks and brush with olive oil.
  2. Season with garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roast until tender with crispy edges.

Notes

For extra crispiness, roast directly on parchment and flip once halfway through.
