  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth

Method
 

  1. Season chicken and prepare dredging station.
  2. Coat chicken with flour, egg, and parmesan-panko mixture.
  3. Sear chicken in skillet until golden.

  6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes
