Ingredients
  

Main
  • 1.5 lb steak sirloin or ribeye
  • 1.5 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
Parmesan Crust
  • 0.75 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Equipment

  • Sheet pan
  • Mixing bowls
  • Meat thermometer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil and seasoning and roast 15 minutes.
  3. Season steaks and prepare Parmesan crust.
  4. Add steaks to pan, top with Parmesan mixture.
  5. Roast until desired doneness and rest before serving.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for best crust.
