- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss potatoes with olive oil and seasoning and roast 15 minutes.
- Season steaks and prepare Parmesan crust.
- Add steaks to pan, top with Parmesan mixture.
- Roast until desired doneness and rest before serving.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best crust.
