Method
- Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and peanut butter until smooth.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Melt chocolate chips and 1/4 cup peanut butter together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Pour chocolate mixture over peanut butter base and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Lift dessert from pan using parchment overhang and cut into squares.
- Serve chilled or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
Optional toppings include crushed peanuts or a sprinkle of sea salt on top of chocolate layer.
