Ingredients
  

Base
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter creamy
Topping
  • 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.25 cup peanut butter for topping

Equipment

  • 9x13 baking pan

Method
 

  1. Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. Melt chocolate chips and 1/4 cup peanut butter together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  5. Pour chocolate mixture over peanut butter base and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  7. Lift dessert from pan using parchment overhang and cut into squares.
  8. Serve chilled or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

Optional toppings include crushed peanuts or a sprinkle of sea salt on top of chocolate layer.
