  • 2 oz freshly brewed espresso
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz peppermint liqueur
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur optional
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • ice cubes
  • chocolate shavings or peppermint stick optional garnish

  • Martini glasses

Method
 

  1. Brew 2 oz fresh espresso and let cool slightly.
  2. Add espresso, vodka, peppermint liqueur, coffee liqueur, simple syrup, and ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
  3. Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds to create froth.
  4. Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
  5. Garnish with chocolate shavings or a mini candy cane.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve immediately for best frothy texture. Adjust sweetness with simple syrup as needed.
