Ingredients
  

Truffles
  • 24 Oreo cookies finely crushed
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz white chocolate melted
  • 2-3 tbsp crushed candy canes
  • optional sprinkles or chocolate drizzle

  • Mixing bowls
  • Food processor or zip-top bag
  • Baking sheet
  • Microwave-safe bowl or double boiler
  • Fork or dipping tool

Method
 

  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Melt white chocolate and dip chilled truffles to coat.
  5. Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top before chocolate sets.
  6. Refrigerate 15–20 minutes until chocolate hardens.
  7. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
