- Marinate chicken with olive oil, lime juice, garlic, and spices.
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat and oil lightly.
- Grill chicken 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Grill pineapple chunks until charred.
- Prepare citrus pineapple salsa in a bowl.
- Warm tortillas on the grill.
- Assemble tacos with chicken, pineapple, salsa, avocado, and cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges and enjoy.
