  • 0.5 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.5 cup shredded coconut plus extra for coating
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional

Method
 

  1. Mix pineapple, condensed milk, and vanilla in a bowl.
  2. Add shredded coconut to mixture and chill 30 minutes.
  3. Form mixture into balls and roll in coconut or sprinkles.
  4. Arrange on tray and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes
