  • 1.5 cups pineapple fresh, diced
  • 1.5 cups mango ripe, diced
  • 0.25 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño seeded and minced
  • 0.25 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime zested and juiced
  • 0.5 tsp sea salt

Method
 

  1. Combine pineapple and mango in a bowl.
  2. Add onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
