Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking tray with parchment paper.
- Roll puff pastry sheets and cut into rectangles (about 4x6 inches).
- Spread a thin layer of pistachio cream inside each rectangle.
- Place chocolate on one short edge and roll pastry tightly over it.
- Place seam side down, brush with egg wash, sprinkle pistachios and sugar.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Serve warm with melty chocolate inside.
Notes
For stronger pistachio flavor, add a spoonful of pistachio paste to the filling.
