Pizza Base
  • 1 pizza dough
  • 6 eggs large
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 lb breakfast sausage or bacon cooked
  • 0.5 cup bell peppers diced
  • 0.25 cup onion chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out pizza dough and brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. Par-bake crust for 5–7 minutes.
  4. Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread eggs over crust and top with cheese and toppings.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes until eggs are set and cheese is melted.
