Ingredients
  

Dough & Filling
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 16.3 oz
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Garlic Butter & Seasoning
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil chopped, optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan or round baking dish.
  2. Cut biscuits into 4–6 pieces each.
  3. Flatten dough pieces, fill with mozzarella and pepperoni, fold and pinch edges to seal.
  4. Toss each dough ball in melted garlic butter mixture with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Layer dough balls evenly in pan and sprinkle Parmesan on top.
  6. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Cool 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil and serve pull-apart style.

Notes

Ensure dough balls are sealed well to prevent filling from oozing out. Can make ahead and refrigerate until baking.
