Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs pork shoulder cubed
  • 6 slices bacon chopped
  • 2 apples peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup prunes pitted

Method
 

  1. Brown pork in batches and set aside.
  2. Cook bacon, onion, and garlic.
  3. Deglaze pot and return pork with remaining ingredients.
  4. Simmer gently until tender.
