Ingredients
  

Potstickers
  • 12 pork potstickers frozen or homemade
  • 2 packs ramen noodles or egg noodles
Slaw & Garnish
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 scallions sliced
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds for garnish
  • sriracha or chili sauce optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat sesame oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook potstickers 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  2. Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, scallions, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and grated ginger. Toss to coat.
  4. Divide noodles into serving bowls and top with crispy potstickers.
  5. Spoon slaw over potstickers and noodles. Sprinkle sesame seeds and drizzle sriracha if desired.
  6. Serve immediately while potstickers are warm and crispy.

Notes

Toast sesame seeds for added flavor. Store noodles and slaw separately from potstickers for best texture.
