Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1 package crescent roll dough sheets
Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 0.5 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 cup spinach cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Roll out dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  3. Mix cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, spinach, and artichokes.
  4. Spread filling evenly over dough.
  5. Roll dough tightly and slice into pinwheels.
  6. Arrange in baking dish and brush with olive oil.
  7. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
