Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 2 cups pulled pork cooked
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 0.5 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tbsp barbecue sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Assembly
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • water for sealing
  • oil for frying or spraying

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Frying pan or deep fryer
  • Tongs
  • Air fryer (optional)

Method
 

  1. Mix pulled pork, cabbage, carrots, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and pepper.
  2. Place filling in wrapper center and roll tightly, sealing with water.
  3. Heat oil to 350°F and fry 3–4 minutes until golden.
  4. Or air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes, turning halfway.
  5. Serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes

Freeze uncooked egg rolls for later use. Fry directly from frozen for a quick snack.
