Banana Chips
  • 2 bananas ripe but firm
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 spray cooking spray light

Method
 

  1. Slice bananas thinly and toss with lemon juice.
  2. Spray lightly with oil and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  3. Air fry in a single layer, flipping halfway.
