Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 lb ground pork lean
  • 2 scallions chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
Wrappers
  • 30 dumpling wrappers

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Mix pork filling ingredients until sticky.
  2. Fill and seal dumpling wrappers.
  3. Steam dumplings until fully cooked.
  4. Optional: pan-sear for crispy bottoms.
  5. Serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes

Dumplings freeze well before cooking. Steam directly from frozen.
