Cream Layer
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup mascarpone
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.5 cup shredded coconut
Assembly
  • 24 ladyfingers
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Method
 

  1. Whip cream and mix with mascarpone and sugar.
  2. Dip ladyfingers briefly in coconut milk.
  3. Layer ladyfingers and cream mixture.
  4. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
