Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz dark chocolate chopped
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs large
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Melt chocolate and butter until smooth.
  3. Whisk in sugar, eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla.
  4. Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Fill muffin cups, add raspberries, and top with batter.
  6. Bake 11–13 minutes until edges are set.
  7. Cool briefly, dust with sugar, and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve immediately for molten centers.
