- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Melt chocolate and butter until smooth.
- Whisk in sugar, eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla.
- Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Fill muffin cups, add raspberries, and top with batter.
- Bake 11–13 minutes until edges are set.
- Cool briefly, dust with sugar, and serve immediately.
