Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix Rice Krispies, flour, salt, and paprika.
- Cut in the softened cheddar and butter until mixture is crumbly.
- Add cold water, one tablespoon at a time, until dough comes together.
- Roll dough between two sheets of parchment to 1/8 inch thickness.
- Cut into desired cracker shapes and place on baking sheet.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
Store crackers in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Add a pinch of cayenne for a spicy twist.
