  • 2 tsp granulated sugar
  • ½ cup ricotta cheese
  • 1–2 tsp honey plus extra for drizzling
  • 4 slices bread crusty, toasted

Method
 

  1. Roast strawberries with sugar at 375°F for 15–20 minutes.
  2. Whip ricotta with honey and vanilla until light and fluffy.
  3. Toast bread slices until golden.

  5. Drizzle with honey and garnish with mint or powdered sugar before serving.
