Pork Chops
  • 4 bone-in pork chops 1-inch thick
Garlic Butter
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • 0.5 tsp dried thyme optional

Method
 

  1. Pat pork chops dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear pork chops in skillet until golden brown.
  3. Add butter, garlic, rosemary, and thyme; baste pork chops until cooked through.
  4. Rest pork chops 5 minutes, garnish, and serve.
