Ingredients
  

Sausage Mixture
  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup baking mix
  • 10 oz Rotel tomatoes with green chilies drained

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. Mix sausage and cream cheese until evenly combined.
  3. Stir in shredded cheese and Rotel tomatoes.
  4. Add baking mix and combine thoroughly.
  5. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 22–25 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Notes

Drain Rotel well to prevent excess moisture.
