- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet.
- Mix sausage and cream cheese until evenly combined.
- Stir in shredded cheese and Rotel tomatoes.
- Add baking mix and combine thoroughly.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 22–25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Notes
Drain Rotel well to prevent excess moisture.
