Ingredients
  

Salmon Marinade
  • 12 oz sushi-grade salmon cubed
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
Bowl Base & Toppings
  • 3 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 cup cucumber diced

Equipment

  • Sharp knife
  • Mixing bowl
  • Rice cooker or saucepan

Method
 

  1. Whisk marinade ingredients together.
  2. Gently toss salmon with marinade.
  3. Divide rice into bowls.
  4. Top with salmon and vegetables.
  5. Garnish and serve immediately.

Notes

Use only sushi-grade salmon and keep chilled.
