Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper.
 - In a bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, vanilla, and flour. Press evenly into pan and bake 15 minutes.
 - Toss diced apples with flour, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Spread over baked crust.
 - Mix oats, brown sugar, and flour. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples.
 - Bake 35–40 minutes until topping is golden and apples tender.
 - Cool completely. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with flaky sea salt before slicing.
 
Notes
For best results, let bars cool before slicing. Store in airtight container up to 4 days.
