Method
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Brown butter in saucepan.
Whisk in honey, sugars, and whiskey.
Whisk in eggs, cream, vanilla, and salt.
Pour into crust and bake 45–52 minutes.
Cool fully and finish with flaky salt.
