- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
 - In a large bowl, combine melted butter and sugar until smooth.
 - Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
 - In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
 - Gradually fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until fully combined.
 - Pour brownie batter into prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
 - Bake 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean. Cool completely.
 - For the Santa belly icing, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Divide and color accordingly.
 - Decorate cooled brownies with red and white icing and add chocolate chip belt.
 - Cut into squares and serve. Store in airtight container up to 3 days.
 
Notes
For extra fun, use sprinkles or edible glitter. Brownies can be baked a day ahead.
