  • 1 can crescent roll dough 8 count
  • 4 large eggs scrambled
  • 8 breakfast sausage links cooked
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp butter melted, optional
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook sausage links until browned and fully cooked.
  3. Scramble eggs lightly seasoned with salt and pepper.
  4. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles.
  5. Place scrambled eggs, cheese, and sausage on wide end of dough.
  6. Roll up tightly and seal edges.
  7. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Brush with melted butter and garnish with parsley before serving.
